Donation & Refund Policy

Accepted donation types
EJABH plans to accept one-time donations and, where supported by its payment provider, monthly recurring donations.
Donation purpose
Donations support EJABH charitable programs. Donors may select a program or General Charitable Support. EJABH may apply funds where most needed within its charitable purpose.
Currency
All donations are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Payment processing
Online donations are not yet available. When enabled, payments will be processed securely by a third-party payment provider; EJABH does not store full card details.
Receipts and confirmation
Donors will receive a confirmation and receipt for each completed donation. EJABH ORGANIZATION is a Section 501(c)(3) public charity; donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Refund request process
If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us as soon as possible with the donation details. Requests will be reviewed individually; the final process and timelines are to be confirmed.
Recurring donation cancellation
Monthly donations, when offered, may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future payments.
Disputed payments
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Disputes raised with a card issuer will be handled according to the payment provider's procedures.
